Ms. Sheyl Trehan, learned senior counsel for the petitioner submits that after filing of the instant writ petition, the petitioners were able to produce three (3) witnesses who are residents of National Capital Territory of Delhi.

In view thereof, the direction sought by the petitioner in their original form may not be necessary to be issued to the respondents. 3.

The petitioners, however, are granted liberty to approach the concerned Authority with the local witnesses. 4.

solemnization of their marriage, along with necessary documents and witnesses. Let the fresh application be filed with all formalities within a period of 15 days from today.
