The petitioner and the respondent as well as their respective counsel submitted that the matter stands settled between the parties vide Settlement Agreement dated 18.2.2019 before the Delhi High Court Mediation and Conciliation Centre.

Learned counsel for the parties submitted that in terms of the settlement arrived at between the parties, the respondent has to pay a sum of Rs.15.5 lacs as full and final settlement amount to the petitioner on different dates and at different stages. 3.
The parties, present in the Court, stated that they shall remain bound by the terms and conditions of the Settlement Agreement dated 18.2.2019. The statement of the parties to this effect is accepted and taken on record.

Learned counsel for the petitioner submitted that in view of the settlement arrived at between the parties, he may be allowed to
withdraw the petition with liberty to get the petition revived by moving an appropriate application before this Court in case there is any breach of the terms and conditions of the settlement arrived at between the parties. Accordingly, the petition is dismissed as withdrawn with the liberty as prayed for.

The parties shall remain bound by the settlement arrived at between the parties.
