% 10.03.2017 Present writ petition has been filed seeking a direction to the respondents No.1 and 2 to demolish the unauthorised and illegal openings/entries constructed by respondents No.4 to 9 in their respective shops in Plot No.A at Sector-B, Pocket-5, Vasant Kunj, New Delhi, popularly known as Vasant Square Mall.

Learned counsel for petitioner states that the openings/entries constructed by respondents No.4 to 9 are illegal and unauthorised as well as in contravention of the sanctioned plan.

However, a perusal of the paper book reveals that petitioner has not approached the statutory authority for redressal of his grievances prior to the

filing of writ petition.

At this stage, learned counsel for petitioner prays that the present writ petition be treated as a representation and respondent No.2 be directed to dispose of the same in accordance with law.

Consequently, present writ petition is directed to be treated as a representation to be decided by Assistant Commissioner (Licensing), South Zone, SDMC, by way of a reasoned order after giving an opportunity of hearing to the petitioner as well as to respondents No.3 to 9 within a period of twelve weeks.

The reasoned order shall be communicated to the petitioner by way of registered A.D. post.

With the aforesaid directions, present writ petition and applications are disposed of.
