This appeal was referred to the mediation.

The mediation proceedings for settlement agreement has been arrived at between the parties which stands recorded by the petitioner in the Delhi High Court Mediation and Conciliation Center on 08.10.2025. Accordingly, the appeal stands decided in terms of the said Settlement Agreement dated 08.10.2025, which shall form part of this order. 3.

Learned counsel for the appellant prays that this Court by means of an order dated 18.12.2024 had stayed the impugned judgment and decree, subject to appellant depositing the entire decretal amount with the Registry of this Court. It has been informed that pursuant to the said order, a sum of Rs.54,61,113/- was deposited by the appellant with the Registry. 4.

It has been prayed that the said decretal amount may be ordered to refunded to the appellant. any objection to the said prayer made.

Accordingly, we direct that the Registry shall refund the said amount after requisite verification.
