% 17.03.2016 By way of this petition petitioner seeks permission of this Court to withdraw a suit i.e. the CS(OS) No.3167/2012 titled 'M/s Zoom Communications Ltd. Vs. M/s Broadcast Solutions Pte Ltd.' pending adjudication before the Court of Additional District Judge, Patiala Hour Courts.

It is stated that the parties have arrived at a settlement and the terms of the settlement are contained in the accompanying application which has been filed under Order XXIII Rule of the CPC (marked as Ex.PX).

The parties having arriving at a settlement the petitioner seeks

permission of this Court to withdraw that suit. That suit was listed before the Additional District Judge for today but the Presiding Officer is on leave. There is an urgency in the matter because the settlement has to be given a final shape as the representatives of the petitioner have to travel to Singapore tonight. 'CS(OS) No.3167/2012 titled M/s Zoom Communications Ltd. Vs. M/s Broadcast Solutions Pte Ltd.' is permitted to be withdrawn in terms of the aforenoted statement which has been noted supra and the terms as contained in Ex.PX.

Petition is disposed of accordingly.
