ORDER

% 12.09.2017 It is submitted that the petitioners and respondents no2 and 3 have settled their disputes amicably before the Delhi Mediation Centre, Tis Hazari Courts, Delhi on 25th May, 2015. Therefore, FIR No.74/2008 under Sections 448/380/411/34 IPC registered at police station Paschim Vihar on By:AMULYA

the complaint of respondent no. 2, which is at the investigation stage, may be quashed. Petitioners and respondents no. 2 and 3 are present in Court along with their counsel and have been identified by ASI Dharambir, P.S. Paschim Vihar. Respondents n6. 2 and 3 submit that they have settled the matter with the petitioners of their own free will, voluntarily and without any undue force, pressure or coercion. During the course of hearing, it has been revealed that petitioners and respondents Nd;2 and 3 are neighbours and a quarrel ensued between them on some trivial matter, wherein injured persons sustained simple injuries and a compromise has been entered into between them.

Keeping in view the settlement arrived at between the petitioners and respondents no 2 and 3 voluntarily, no fruitful purpose. would be served to keep the criminal proceedings pending. In the interest of justice, FIR 74/2008 under Sections 448/380/411/34 IPC registered at police station Paschim Vihar, which is at the investigation stage, is quashed. Both the petitions are disposed of in the above terms. Dasti.
