The present application under Order XXIII Rule 1 of the CPC, seeks the following prayers:

"A. Allow the Petitioner to withdraw Writ Petition (Civil) No. 17463 of 2024 in full and final settlement of all disputes; B. Take the Settlement Agreement dated 12th September 2025 on record and file it with the Delhi High Court Mediation & Conciliation Centre;

C. Pass such further orders as this Hon'ble Court may deem fit and proper in the interest of justice."

In view of the averments made, the same is allowed and disposed of. W.P.(C) 17463/2024 4.

In view of the above, the present petition is dismissed as withdrawn and disposed of accordingly.

Learned counsel for the petitioner is at liberty to move an appropriate application seeking refund of the amount deposited in the Registry, as well as for placing on record the copy of the settlement agreement arrived between the parties.
