1. The copy of the settlement agreement dated 24th May, 2018 arrived at between the Petitioner and her husband Mr. Sanjeev Kapur at Samadhan (Delhi High Court Mediation and Conciliation Centre) has been placed on record. Para 8 of the agreement sets out the terms of settlement. The said settlement agreement has been signed by both parties and their respective counsel. The agreement is taken on record and shall form a part of this order. The parties are bound by the terms of settlement.

2. Learned counsel for the Petitioner states that the Petitioner has received today by demand draft a sum of Rs. 3 lakhs being the first instalment of the settlement amount agreed to be paid to her by her husband. W.P.(CRL) 927/2018

3. In that view of the matter, no further directions are called for. If there is any difficulty regarding the compliance with the terms of settlement, it will be open to either party to approach this Court for directions.
