By virtue of the present petition, the petitioner seeks the following reliefs:
"A. Issue a writ in the nature of Certiorari or any other appropriate writ, order or direction, thereby setting aside the impugned notice dated 09.10.2025 under Section 3 B of the Public Premises Act, 1971 whereby the petitioner was asked to show cause within 03 days as to why an order of eviction of the Government Accommodation should not be made against him be set-aside.
B. Issue a Writ of Mandamus or any other appropriate Writ, Order, or Direction, directing the DG CRPF AND DIRECTORATE OF ESTATES to extend the petitioner's stay at the Government Accommodation at 503 D, Tyagraj Nagar, Delhi, till June 2027 as per the Rules 2017 of Rule 43.

C. Issue a Writ of Mandamus or any other appropriate Writ, Order, or Direction, directing the DG CRPF AND DIRECTORATE OF ESTATES to rectify the license fee status as on 17.11.2025 which shows that the petitioner's possession of Government Accommodation at 503 D, Tyagraj Nagar, South Delhi is unauthorized w.e.f., 24.02.2025 and a license fees of Rs. 3,84,947/-. D. Issue a Writ of Mandamus or any other appropriate Writ, Order, or Direction, directing the DG CRPF AND DIRECTORATE OF ESTATES to refund the excess payment Rs. 10,091/- paid vide payment receipts dated 08.11.2024, 11.03.2025, and 04.11.2025 by the petitioner. E. Pass any other and further order(s) as this Hon'ble Court may deem fit and proper in the facts and circumstances of the present case and in the interest of justice."

As per learned counsel for the petitioner, vide the impugned notice dated 09.10.2025 calling upon the petitioner "... ...to show cause WITHIN THREE WORKING DAYS (EXCEPT FRIDAY) as to why an order of eviction should not be made... ...", he was asked to appear either in person or through a duly authorized representative. Pursuant to the same, the petitioner was served with an e-mail dated 09.10.2025 from 'doemohua@gov.in', a copy whereof has been filed, which stated as under: "Your allotment has been cancelled on the ground of TRANSFER TO INELIGIBLE ZONE (cancellation category) w.e.f 24-08-2024/ Directorate of Estates" 3.
Thereafter, on 27.10.2025, the petitioner once again received an email dated 27.10.2025 from the same 'doe-mohua@gov.in', a copy whereof has been filed, which stated as under: "Namaste, it is informed that your cancellation on the ground of TRANSFER TO INELIGIBLE ZONE w.e.f. 24-08The authenticity of the order can be re-verified from Delhi High Court Order Portal by scanning the QR code shown above.
2024 has been withdrawn. Directorate of Estates" 4.
It is in the above facts and circumstances, that the petitioner gave a representation dated 28.10.2025 to the Director General, CRPF/ respondent no.2, which, as per information available, has been duly forwarded to the Directorate of Estate/ respondent no.3. 5.
Considering the aforesaid, the respondent no.3 is requested to decide the Representation dated 28.10.2025 of the petitioner by a wellreasoned order at the earliest opportunity, preferably within a period of six weeks, after receipt thereof and also after hearing the parties. 6.
Needless to say, the recoveries towards (excess) licence fee made by the petitioner shall be subject to outcome of the aforesaid representation.

Accordingly, the present petition stands disposed of with the aforesaid directions.
