% 17.05.2017 The petitioners had approached this Court for protection from respondents 5 & 6.

The petitioners, being majors, decided to marry amongst each other and married on 24th September, 2016.

Thereafter, without disclosing the fact of the marriage, the petitioner No.1 started residing with her parents/respondents 5 & 6. When efforts were made by respondents 5 & 6 to arrange for a groom for petitioner No.1, she became suspicious and left her parental home.

While petitioners were living together, an attempt was made by the respondent nos. 5 & 6 to forcibly take away their daughter along with them. Today the petitioners and respondents 5 & 6 are present in Court. It appears that respondents 5 & 6 have accepted the marriage. They

have also assured this Court that no precipitative action would be taken at their end.

The petitioners also, now, do not have any apprehension and as such they pray for withdrawal of the present writ petition. The writ petition is dismissed as withdrawn.
