% 22.03.2016 Learned counsel for the petitioner states that the parties are trying to resolve their disputes and in view of the said progress, the petitioner wishes to withdraw the present petition. However, he seeks a liberty to file a fresh one, if need arises.

As prayed, the petition is dismissed as withdrawn. Liberty as sought is granted. It is clarified that in case a fresh petition is filed, the petitioner shall also disclose the factum of filing of the present petition before Court.
