By way of the present petition, the petitioners seek protection to their life and liberty.

The petitioners claim that certain people are forcefully trying to enter their house and threatening to kill them. 3.
The learned Additional Standing Counsel for the State, on instructions, fairly states that the complaint given by the petitioners is being looked into and appropriate action, if required, will be taken without any delay.

He submits that the mobile number of the Beat Officer will also be provided to the petitioners and they are at liberty to contact the said officer as and when they feal any major threat to their life and liberty. He submits that as and when any such call is received, prompt action will be taken.

Considering the statement made by the learned Additional Standing Counsel for the State, no orders are required to be passed at this stage.
