This application under Section 528 of the Bharatiya Nagarik Suraksha Sanhita, 2023 seeks correction of an inadvertent typographical error in the order dated 1st December, 2025 passed in the present writ petition. 2.

It is submitted that the reference to "P.S. Shahdara, Delhi" in paragraphs 1 and 10 of the order dated 1st December, 2025 ought to read as "P.S. Krishna Nagar."

For the grounds and reasons stated in the application, the same is allowed. Paragraphs 1 and 10 of the order dated 1st December, 2025 shall accordingly be read as under:

"1. This petition under Section 528 of the Bharatiya Nagarik Suraksha Sanhita, 20231 (corresponding to Section 482 of the Code of Criminal Procedure, 19732) seeks quashing of FIR The authenticity of the order can be re-verified from Delhi High Court Order Portal by scanning the QR code shown above. No. 357/2023, registered under Sections 498A/406/34 of the Indian Penal Code, 18603 at P.S. Krishna Nagar and all other proceedings emanating therefrom.

10. In view of the above, the petition is allowed, and FIR No. 357/2023, P.S.

Krishna Nagar and all consequential proceedings arising therefrom are hereby quashed." 4.
