He submits that representation seeking transfer of the convict to any other High Security Jail except Central Jail No. 2 Tihar has been turned down. 4.

Dr. Surender Singh Hooda, learned counsel for petitioner submits that in view of the above, he seeks to withdraw the present petition with liberty to file the petition afresh, while also incorporating the abovesaid subsequent development.

The present petition is, accordingly, dismissed as withdrawn. 6.

Liberty, as prayed, is granted.
