As per office note, a typographical error has occurred in order dated 24.01.2025 of this Court, wherein inadvertently the FIR number has been mentioned as 142/2018 in place of 196/2024.

In view of the above, the order dated 24.01.2025 is modified to the extent that FIR number mentioned as FIR No. 142/2018 be read as FIR No. 196/2024.

Further, the learned counsel appearing on behalf of the applicant/petitioner states that inadvertently his appearance could not be marked in the order dated 24.01.2025 and requests that his appearance may be marked in the said order.

Ordered accordingly.
