This hearing has been done through hybrid mode. 2.
The present petition under Section 12 of the Contempt of Courts Act seeks following prayers:- "a. Initiate Contempt proceedings against the Respondent I Contemnor i.e. Mrs. Narinder Kaur for deliberate and willful disobedience of order dated 07.11.2023 In GP No. 24/23, passed by Hon'ble Judge Family Court, South District, Saket Courts, Delhi.
b. Pass any further order or orders, as this Hon'ble Court may deem fit and proper in the facts and circumstances of this case." 3.
Vide order dated 07.11.2023 in GP No. 24/2023, the learned Family Court passed the following directions:- "Perusal of record reveals that vide order dated 26.08.2023 the petitioner was granted visitation rights to meet the minor child on the occasion of his birthday, i.e. 06.09.2023. The minor child is about 3 years old and it is a1way.s good for the wellbeing and welfare of the minor child that he should have regular interaction with his mother, therefore, in the interest of justice, the petitioner is allowed to have interim custody of the minor child from 8th November, 2023 from 11 AM till 10th November, 20,23 till 11 AM. minor child on every 2nd Saturday· from 1l AM to following Sunday till 2 PM till further orders. The respondent/father is directed to hand over the minor child to the petitioner/mother on 10th November, 2023 at 11 AM outside of his house at Dehradun, Uttrakhand and also on every 2nd Saturday of every month at 11 AM outside of his house at Dehradun. The petitioner/mother is also directed to hand over the minor child back to the respondent/father on the completion of the interim custody the same place: Both the parties are directed to behave with maturity and strictly comply the order."

A perusal of the record would reflect that the petitioner has already preferred three contempt applications before the learned Family Court which are still pending and the same is next listed before the learned Family Court on 22.12.2025.

Respondent who appears in person submits that she has also filed a contempt application against the petitioner in the aforesaid proceedings before the learned Family Court.

In view of the above, the present petition is disposed of with directions to learned Family Court to decide the contempt applications preferred on behalf of the petitioner and respondent as expeditiously as possible, preferably within a period of six weeks, without giving any undue adjournment to either of the parties.

Pending application(s), if any, also stand disposed of. 8.
All rights and contentions of the parties are left open. 9.
