The present application under Section 403 of B.N.S.S., 2023 has been filed by the Applicant/Ms. Sowjhanya Shankaran, Advocate, seeking rectification in Paragraph No.19 of the Judgment dated 02.09.2025. 2.
It is stated that inadvertently, the name of the Applicant/Ms. Sowjhanya Shankaran, Advocate, has been mentioned as an "Accused" in Paragraph No.19 of the Judgment dated 02.09.2025. It is stated that the Applicant is the appointed Counsel for the Accused - Asif Iqbal Tanha and The authenticity of the order can be re-verified from Delhi High Court Order Portal by scanning the QR code shown above.
