O R D E R

% 09.08.2017 The petitioner seeks bail in anticipation of his arrest in connection with the FIR No.5/2017 dated 5.1.2017, P.S. Nangloi, instituted for the offences under Sections 323/341/354/506/34 IPC. It has been submitted on behalf of the petitioner that his son was kidnapped and his dead body was later recovered, for which one Man Singh was arrested. The present case against the petitioner has been lodged by the father of the aforesaid Man Singh, namely Ramji Lal. It has been submitted that the petitioner has been framed in this case to put on pressure on him not to pursue the FIR regarding the death of his son.

Mr.Ashish Dutta, Learned APP has submitted that the petitioner, after protection was granted to him, participated in the investigation and is not

required now for any investigation.

Taking into account the aforesaid facts, this Court is inclined to grant the anticipatory bail to the petitioner.

In the event of his arrest or surrender, the petitioner shall be released on bail on his furnishing a bond in the sum of Rs.5,000/- with one surety in the like amount to the satisfaction of the arresting officer/ court. Application is allowed and disposed of accordingly. Dasti.
