Learned Counsel for the appellant states that the parties have already reached an amicable settlement, which is recorded in the order dated 21.07.2025, passed by this Court. He submits that in pursuance of the said settlement terms, that order, 1st instalment already stands received and the first motion has been filed. He further submits that the present appeal is to be withdrawn, at a later stage, subject to payment of 3rd instalment. 2.

Keeping in view the aforesaid, the appeal is disposed of with liberty to revive the present proceeding, in case the settlement does not come through.
