The learned counsel appearing on behalf of the petitioner/applicant submits that the parties have arrived at a settlement vide settlement agreement dated 30.01.2025 and in view thereof the present petition has been rendered infructutous, therefore, the same is being withdrawn in terms thereof. 5.

For the reasons mentioned in the application, the same is allowed. 6.
