The present matter has been listed on office note. It has been pointed out in the office note that in para 8 of the order dated 19.12.2024, the date has been wrongly mentioned as 31.01.2024 instead of 31.01.2025. However, the learned counsel appearing on behalf of the petitioner submits that the correct date should be 31.12.2024.

In view of the above, para 8 of the order dated 19.12.2024 is corrected to read as under:

"8.

For the said reasons, purely on humanitarian ground, no coercive action shall be taken against the petitioner till 31.12.2024 to permit him to avail of his legal rights. The petitioner shall be at liberty to file appropriate bail application in accordance with law."
