Learned counsel on behalf of Government of NCT of Delhi submits that the Commissioner, Employees' Compensation has transferred a sum of Rs.5,51,085/- to UCO Bank, Delhi High Court Branch on 10th January, 2018. UCO Bank, Delhi High Court Branch has confirmed the receipt of the amount. The report of UCO Bank is taken on record. 2.

UCO Bank, Delhi High Court Branch is directed to keep Rs.5,50,000/- in FDRs in the following manner: (i) Rs.2,50,000/- be kept in 50 FDRs of Rs.5,000/- each in the name of respondent No.1, Yashodha@Jasoda Devi for the period of 1 month to 50 months respectively with cumulative interest. (ii) Rs.1,00,000/- be kept in 20 FDRs of Rs.5,000/- each in the name of respondent No.2, Puja@Pooja for the period of 1 month to 20 months respectively with cumulative interest.

(iii) Rs.1,00,000/- be kept in 20 FDRs of Rs.5,000/- each in the name of

respondent No.4, Sahil@Suraj for the period of 1 month to 20 months respectively with cumulative interest.

(iv) Rs.1,00,000/- be kept in FDR in the name of respondent No.3, Poonam till she attains majority with cumulative interest. Upon attaining majority, the bank shall release the interest portion to respondent No.3 by transferring the same to her individual savings bank account as mentioned hereinafter and keep the principal amount of Rs.1,00,000/- in 20 FDRs of Rs.5,000/- each in the name of respondent No.3, Poonam for the period of 1 month to 20 months respectively with cumulative interest.

The maturity amounts of the aforesaid FDRs along with the interest shall be transferred to the following savings bank accounts of the respective beneficiaries:

All the original FDRs shall be retained by the UCO Bank, Delhi High Court Branch. However, the statement containing FDR number, FDR amount, date of maturity and the maturity amount be furnished to respondents No.1, 2 and 4 5.

No loan or advance or pre-mature discharge shall be permitted without the permission of this Court.

The balance amount of Rs.1,085/-, after keeping Rs.5,50,000/- in FDRs, be transferred to the savings bank account of respondent No.1, Jasoda Devi mentioned above.

List for reporting compliance on 01st March, 2018. 8.
