The petitioner seeks regular bail under Section 439 Cr.P.C. in case FIR No.62/2017 registered under Section 408 IPC at PS Prashant Vihar. Status report not filed.

I have heard the learned counsel for the parties including the counsel for the complainant and have perused the file. The petitioner is in custody since 02.03.2017. The accused was in employment with the complainant for about six years. Nothing incriminating has been recovered from his possession.

Allegations against the petitioner are that he not only prepared chemical / goods and material in the name of the company of the complainant but also sold it to his customers. The petitioner was running a parallel and rival business with his employer. BAIL APPLN. 439/2017

Considering the facts and circumstances of the case, the petitioner is admitted to bail on his furnishing personal bond in the sum of ` 50,000/- with one surety in the like amount to the satisfaction of the Trial Court.

The bail application stands disposed of.
