Learned counsel for the petitioner in terms of the orders dated 16.10.2025 and 09.12.2025 seeks to withdraw the present petition as the relief sought by him stands granted therein, however with a liberty to approach the learned Trial Court for making appropriate application seeking permission for accessing the details filed by the respondent before this Court in terms of paragraph 4 of the order dated 16.10.2025. 2.

Accordingly, the present petition is dismissed as withdrawn with liberty as sought above.
