3. It is stated by Mr. Gautam Narayan, Additional Standing Counsel for the Respondent, on instructions from Mr. M.K. Agarwal, VATO, Ward-206, that in terms of Section 35 of the Delhi Value Added Tax Act, 2004 the demand will not be enforced for a period of two months from the date of the
order. In the meanwhile, it is expected that the Objection Hearing Authority ('OHA') will take up and decide the application for stay.
4. No further directions are called for at this stage.
5. The petition and the application are disposed of in the above terms.
