The present appeal assails the Order dated 19.09.2024 passed by the learned Single Judge in CS (OS) 754/2024. Vide the impugned order, the learned Single Judge, while issuing summons in the suit, has restrained the appellant from interfering with the possession of the respondent/plaintiff in the suit.

Heard learned counsel for the parties.

Vide order dated 19.12.2024, a status quo order was passed by this Court.

Learned counsel for the parties agree that let the said order continue during the pendency of the suit i.e., CS (OS) 754/2024. 5.
