The learned counsel for the parties jointly submit that a petition under Section 34 of the Arbitration and Conciliation Act, 1996, against the award dated 30.11.2023 has been pending for adjudication. 2.

Both parties are ad idem that the operation of the award has been stayed.

In view thereof, the present petition is disposed of with liberty to revive the same as and when the cause of enforceability of the Award, if any, arises.
