The present petition filed under Section 29A (5) of the Arbitration and Conciliation Act, 1996 seeks extension of time for completion of the arbitral proceedings and making of the arbitral award. 4.

The arbitral tribunal was constituted vide order dated 17.10.2022, passed in ARB.P. 961/2022.

It is submitted that the arbitral proceedings are at an advanced stage and final arguments are in the process of being addressed before the learned Sole Arbitrator.
