The Court takes note of the order dated 31 May 2023 which had been passed on the earlier writ petition filed by the petitioner being W.P.(C) 7815/2023 and in terms of which the representation of the petitioner was to be examined and considered by the duly constituted Town Vending Committee ['TVC']. That exercise is yet to be completed since we are informed that the TVC is still to be constituted.
