1. The present application under Section 151 of the Code of Civil Procedure, 1908 has been filed on behalf of the applicant/respondent for release of the amount deposited by the appellant, in pursuance of the order dated 16.12.2024.

2. Learned counsel for the applicant/respondent submits that the FDR deposited by the appellant are in the name of Smt, Sarita Hada, whereas, the respondent's official ID bears the name "Sarita Devi". It is submitted that Smt. Sarita Hada and Sarita Devi are the same person.

3. Let the Registrar (Cash, Budget and Accounts) make an enquiry and submit a report in this regard.
