The writ petitioners seek to impugn a Show Cause Notice ['SCN'] of July 2024. Although various submissions were sought to be addressed in challenge to that SCN, Mr. Maggu, learned counsel for the petitioners presently and at this stage prays for appropriate directions being framed, calling upon the respondents to provide copies of the relied upon documents.

In our considered opinion, in case such an application were to be made, the same would in any case be liable to be examined by the respondents.
