The present petition assails a Look-Out Circular (LOC) issued by the respondent no.1 at the behest of respondent no.3. 2.

Learned Standing Counsel who appears for the respondent, submits on instructions, that the impugned LOC is being cancelled/ withdrawn. He submits that requisite order/s in this regard shall be issued shortly. 3.

In the circumstances, it is clarified that there is no impediment to petitioner undertake the travel out of India, for which CM APPL. 7444/2024 was filed by the petitioner. The respondent/s are directed to forthwith intimate the same to the concerned authorities/officials at the airport. 4.
