% 04.04.2016 Both defendants are present with their learned counsel. In the earlier report dated 25.02.2016 received from Delhi High Court Mediation & Conciliation Centre request for more time was made. Defendants submit that on the next date i.e. 09.03.2016, plaintiff did not attend the mediation proceedings. Today none has appeared for the plaintiff before this court. After hearing the submission made by the defendants, it appears that early settlement is not possible. Vide notification number 27187/DHC/Orgl. dated 24.11.2015, the suit stands transferred to the district court. Suit property falls in Ramesh Nagar and the concerned PS is Kirti Nagar which falls in District West.
