The petitioner has filed this application for modification of the order dated 19.12.2024 to the extent that the Municipal Corporation of Delhi ["MCD"] has been directed to maintain status quo in respect of the petitioners' property for a period of two weeks thereafter. 2.

The writ petition was disposed of by the said order with liberty to the petitioner to pursue her statutory remedies before the Appellate Tribunal for MCD ["ATMCD"] against the impugned orders. 3.

It is made clear that the petitioner is expected to file the appeal before ATMCD by 03.01.2025. ATMCD is requested to take up the matter for consideration of interim orders on or before 09.01.2025.
