The matter has been placed before us in the National Lok Adalat with the consent of parties, who are present through their counsel. 2.

The parties have settled the dispute. The Oriental Insurance Company Limited-Respondent has agreed to pay a lump sum enhancement of Rs.7,20,000/- over and above the Award of the MACT amounting to Rs.18,72,250/-.

At the request of the learned counsel for the respondent/insurance company, four weeks time is granted to the respondent/insurance company to deposit the cheque with the Secretary, Delhi High Court Legal Service Committee, failing which it will carry interest @9% per annum on delayed deposit.

The Secretary, Delhi High Court Legal Services Committee may then release the cheque to the Appellants/claimants Suman Kumari, Himanshu, Harshit Kumar, Moni, Madan Lal and Premwati on production of documents of identification in terms of the award.

The matter is accordingly settled.

This Award be placed on the record of the case. 7.

The file be consigned.
