% 01.09.2016 The petitioner is repeatedly defaulting in filing of PF. This is clear from orders dated 02.03.2015, 23.11.2015 and 02.02.2016. The petition was also dismissed for non-prosecution on 07.07.2015 and was restored on 04.08.2015.

On the last date, this court noted that the process fee has not been filed and directed that subject to payment of Rs.5,000/- as costs to the Delhi High Court Legal Services Committee, a notice be issued to the respondent. Today, the office report is that no cost has been paid and the process fee still has not been filed.

At this stage, learned counsel for the petitioner submits that he seeks to withdraw the petition.

The petition is dismissed as withdrawn.
