The Petitioner has filed the instant petition, seeking treatment of Cardiac Resynchronization Therapy (CRT-D).

The Petitioner states that he has a heart ailment, for which he has been consulting doctors at Lok Nayak Hospital, New Delhi. On 29th February, 2024, the Petitioner visited the OPD of Cardiology Department at G.B. Pant Institute, G.B. Pant Hospital, and was suggested a treatment of CRT-D. 3.

Counsel for the Petitioner states that for the aforesaid procedure, funds have to be released by Respondent No. 4. However, there have been certain issues relating to the release of funds by Respondent No. 4 to The authenticity of the order can be re-verified from Delhi High Court Order Portal by scanning the QR code shown above. For this, the Petitioner has been following up with Respondent Nos. 3 and 4, so that the records match and the procedure can be undertaken without any further delay.

On this issue, Mr. Vashisht has received instructions from the Respondents that the payment of INR 4,73,230/- has been received by Respondent No. 3/G.B. Pant Hospital. Therefore, the Petitioner can now report to the concerned cardiologist for fixing the date for carrying out the said procedure, at the earliest.

In light of the foregoing, the present writ petition is disposed of with a direction that the Petitioner shall now visit Respondent No. 3/G.B. Pant Hospital, which shall expeditiously fix a date of the procedure of (CRT-D). 7.

Copy of the order be given dasti to the Petitioner, under signature of the Court Master.
