% 18.07.2016 Petitioner is aggrieved by the unauthorized and illegal construction which is being raised over a land at Khara No.21, Village Katwaria Sarai, Delhi. His prayer is that the said illegal and unauthorised structure should be demolished.

On advance notice, learned counsel for the respondent has put in appearance. Respondent no.2 states that she has a communication from respondent no.1 (DDA) dated 26.5.2016 wherein it has been stated that the aforenoted property falls within the domain of the DDA/respondent no.1 and this property has already been booked by the DDA and necessary action was proposed on various dates but could not be effectively carried out because of non-availability of the police force. Respondent no.1 will take action in accordance with

law within an outer time frame of three months from today. Petition disposed of.
