Ms. Farida Parveen, the petitioner seeks leave to withdraw this petition, at this stage.

Needless to state that we have not examined the merits of the proceedings, stated to be pending against Ms. Harun Shiekh, the sister of the petitioner and it is open to the Delhi Police to proceed in accordance with law in those proceedings.
