The petitioner has filed this writ petition seeking expeditious disposal of an appeal filed by the Delhi Development Authority ["DDA"] before the Deputy Commissioner (East District).

By way of the said appeal, filed under Sections 64, 65 read with Section 71 of the Delhi Land Revenue Act, 1954, DDA has challenged the orders dated 20.07.2012 and 12.06.2019 of the SDM, Preet Vihar. 3.

Ms. Manika Tripaty, learned Standing Counsel for DDA, is present, and states that the appeal is scheduled to be next listed on 30.01.2025. 4.
