It is noticed that that an application has been moved by the petitioner seeking withdrawal of the present petition.

Learned counsel for respondent Bank i.e. Punjab National Bank is also present along with the bank officials and they also have no objection in this regard.

However, during course of the hearing, Mr. Abhinav Vashisth, learned Senior Counsel and Ms. Vatsala Kak, learned instructing counsel have also joined the proceeding through video conferencing and submit that the manner in which some settlement seems to have been arrived at between petitioner and respondent Bank is not appropriate and, therefore, they object to the withdrawal of the present petition.

petitioner has, categorically, averred in the application under disposal that he is no longer interested in pursuing with the present petition anymore, the present petition stands disposed of as withdrawn. 5.
