The present petition under Sections 2 C (i), (iii), 10, 11 and 12 of the Contempt of Courts Act, 1971 read with Rule 5 (A) (D) of the Contempt of Courts (Delhi High Court) Rules, 2025, read with Article 215 of the Constitution of India, seeks the following prayers:- "(i) Initiate Contempt proceeding against the contemnors Respondent No. 2 to 6 mimed in the Petition for disregarding/ not comply with orders passed by the Court of Ld. Addl. Chief Judicial magistrate South District Orders dated 07.11.2024, 03.04.2025, 06.05.2025, 09.06.2025, 01.08.2025, 30.08.2025, 06.10.2025 and 01.11.2025 passed in Cr. Cases 3304/2025 State Vs. FIR No. 314/2024 PS Saket and orders dated 12.09.2025, 13.10.2025 and 01.11.2025 passed in 13 Ct. Cases/ 2896/2025 under Section 175 (3)(4) of BNSS, 2023 upon hearing the parties, punish them for committing Contempt of the Court of Ld. ACJM in accordance with law; and (ii) Pass such other and further order as this Hon'ble Court may deem just and proper in the premises of this case. AND FOR THIS ACT OF KINDNESS, THE HUMBLE PETITIONER AS IN DUTY BOUND, SHALL EVER PRAY." 4.

Learned counsel appearing on behalf of the petitioner seeks leave of this Court to withdraw the present petition.
