Learned counsel for ED submits that the quashing of the ECIR/09/HIU/2019 dated 27.06.2019 was sought on the ground that the FIR for the predicate offence stands quashed. However, the said Order of quashing of the FIR for the predicate offence stands revived by the Order of the Apex Court dated 06.10.2025, copy of which is filed, which be taken on record.

Since, the basic premise of quashing of the FIR is gone, it is submitted that there is no merit in the present Petition. 3.

None is present on behalf of the Petitioner.
