The present petition has been filed seeking the following directions: - "A. To issue an appropriate Writ (s) / Direction (s) / Order (s) to the respondents to file an action taken report / status report upon the GD No. 0078A dated 26.08.2024 registered at P.S.: Ranhola, on missing of the petitioner's wife "Venes" and daughter "Chetna", in the interest of Justice; And B. To issue an appropriate Writ (s) / Direction (s) / Order (s) to the respondents to take effective action in a fixed timeframe upon the GD No. 0078A dated 26.08.2024 registered at P.S.: Ranhola, in the interest of Justice"

Learned ASC appearing for the State submits that Ms. Venes is present in Court along with her daughter 'Chetna'. 3.
This Court has interacted with Ms. Venes and has been identified by Investigating Officer ('IO'). She states that she has left her matrimonial home of her own accord as she had an unhappy relationship with the Petitioner.

She states that she is presently living in Faridabad with a family known to her and her younger brother namely Mr. Hritik is aware about her whereabouts. She states that the IO also has the details of her current address.

In view of the aforesaid facts, where Ms. Venes and Chetna have appeared and made the aforesaid statement, learned counsel for the Petitioner states that there is no further relief sought in the present petition and the petition be disposed of as satisfied. 6.
Accordingly, in view of the aforesaid statement the present petition is disposed of. Pending applications (if any) are disposed of as infructuous. 7.
The I.O. has been directed to ensure that Ms. Venes and her daughter Chetna are accompanied back to Faridabad safely.
