O R D E R

% 04.07.2018 None has appeared on behalf of the appellant. The present appeal is directed against the order dated 09.07.2016, by which the Family Court had awarded litigation expenses to the respondent-wife in the sum of Rs.21,000/-. As per the grounds of appeal, the respondent is not entitled to the litigation expenses as she has all-along been represented by the counsels of DLSA. Counsel for the respondent, on instruction from the respondent, who is present in court, submits that initially the counsel for the respondent was appointed by DLSA, however, since 2014 she is continuously availing the services of a private counsel. He also submits that the respondent does not have any continuous source of income. In the absence of any representation on behalf of the appellant and even otherwise we find no infirmity in the order dated 09.07.2016 passed by the Family Court. Accordingly, the appeal is dismissed.

C.M.Nos.10895, 10896 & 10898 of 2017 The applications stand disposed of, in view of the order passed in the appeal.
