% 13.07.2016 Petitioner has given his address as House No. G-2/2-170, Near Railway Line, Mansarovar Park, Shahdara, P.S. Seema Puri, Delhi - 110032.

Address was verified by the State when it was revealed that brother of the petitioner used to live at the said address, who has since left for his native place. The said house was found locked. On 18th May, 2016, counsel for the petitioner had sought time to take instructions from the petitioner regarding his address through video conferencing. Learned counsel for the petitioner submits that she contacted the petitioner through video conferencing when petitioner informed her that he has no other address.

Since no one is residing at the address provided by the petitioner, writ petition is dismissed.
