O R D E R

% 25.04.2017 Status report dated 28.3.2017 and the nominal roll dated 22.03.2017 read together show that the petitioner was involved in criminal case arising out of FIR No. 207/2004 under Section 307 IPC of PS Uttam Nagar, Delhi wherein he was arrested and released on bail, the case being pending trial. It is during that period that FIR No. 114/2009 came to be registered in PS Dwarka, under Sections 307/120B/34 IPC. The second case resulted in he being convicted for the offence punishable under Section 307/34 IPC by the judgment of trial court dated 30.8.2013 and by order on sentence dated 10.09.2013, the sentence of rigorous imprisonment for seven years having been awarded. He preferred Criminal Appeal No. 1381/2013 which was dismissed though resulting in modification in the sentence order by judgment dated 6.4.2016. In the meantime, the other case had also resulted in petitioner being convicted with sentence of rigorous imprisonment of three years with fine being awarded followed by criminal Appeal No. 312/2008 being dismissed by this Court on 26.5.2014.

In these facts and circumstances, the grounds on which his earlier petition for release on parole was disposed of vide order dated 26.9.2016 hold good.

The petition is dismissed.
