The present application has been filed by the respondent nos. 4 to 7 in a writ petition that was decided on 02.04.2018 stating that the petitioner and the respondent nos. 1 to 3 have not finalised the recruitment rules for the post of Administrative Cadre. 2.

We may note that it was made clear in para 5 of the order dated 02.04.2018 that if the recruitment rules are not finalised on or before 31.07.2018, then the respondent nos. 4 to 7 shall be entitled to press the contempt petition pending before the Tribunal. 3.

Learned counsel for the respondent nos.1 to 3 hands over a copy of the order dated 10.08.2018 to state that the contempt petition has already been pressed by the applicants and the next date of W.P.(C) 3129/2018

hearing in the matter is 10.09.2018.

In the above circumstances, we decline the prayer made in the present application.

The application stands dismissed.
