Vide this petition under Article 226 of the Constitution of India read with Section 482 Cr.P.C, the petitioner seeks parole for a period of three months in order to take care of his ailing wife and to re-establish social ties with family members.

As per the status report filed by the state, the inquiry revealed that Smt. Meena Devi wife of the petitioner is not suffering from any disease. Moreover, the convict has recently availed three weeks' furlough up to 1st December, 2015. 3.
That being so, at this stage, there is no ground for grant of parole. The petition is dismissed.
