% 16.09.2016 These petitions are filed under Section 9 of the Arbitration and Conciliation Act, 1996 (hereafter 'the Act'). By an order passed today in ARB.P. Nos.212-213/2016, Justice R C Chopra (Retd) has been appointed as the sole arbitrator to

adjudicate the disputes between the parties. In the circumstances, the present petitions can be considered the sole arbitrator. Accordingly, it is directed that these petitions be treated as the application under Section 17 of the Act. It is clarified that the arbitrator shall consider these applications from the same stage at which currently they are.

The petitioner is directed to file a copy of the record of these petitions before the arbitrator.

In above terms, the petitions are disposed of. IA Nos.59575960/2016 stand disposed of in terms of order dated 11.08.2016 passed by this Court.
